Golf FAQs

For the best experience, we recommend downloading the Club Caddie app to book your tee time. You can also use the “Book Now” link located at the top of this page.

To avoid a cancellation fee of $30, you must make changes online at least 12 hours in advance. Rescheduling and cancellations are most easily made in the Club Caddie app.

No. For the comfort and safety of all guests, only paying golfers are allowed on the course. Each person using a cart must have a paid green fee. Non-golfing riders or spectators are not permitted to accompany players during a round.

Yes, you must bring your own clubs. Miracle Hill does have clubs available for rent.

Miracle Hill offers private instruction, group lessons, junior golf, and a “Get Golf Ready” program. We employ a Director of Player Development and use the Play Better Golf learning system.

We offer a wide range of Jr. Golf Offerings from SNAG Golf to PGA Jr. League we have a program that will fit your jr. golfer.  Please call the golf shop and one of our PGA Professionals will be happy to answer your questions.

Men and women's shorts must be of adequate length. No short shorts, cut offs, running or swimwear bottoms. Men's shirts must have a sewn-in collar, as T-shirts are permitted. Women's tops may be sleeveless and collarless. No tank tops are allowed. Only SPIKELESS soled shoes are allowed. No boots with heels, waffle shoes or turf athletic soled footwear.  Proper attire is required at all times on the course, clubhouse and range practice areas.

TopTracer FAQs

You can reserve a bay up to one week in advance. Changes must be made online at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full amount.

Each bay can host up to four players. Players must bring their own clubs, or share at least one set per bay. Clubs are not provided.

TopTracer is open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm.

Outside food and drink are not allowed. Food is available through catering we can arrange, and a full-service bar is on site. There are no food and beverage minimums.

No. Your reservation is for a time block, not a specific bay. Please check in with staff before going to your bay.

Yes. We offer weekly leagues, including Junior League and adult two-person formats. You can also reserve the Toptracer Range for team-building events, corporate outings, birthday parties, and other private groups. Tennis FAQs

General Information

Miracle Hill features eight full-size indoor tennis courts with professional lighting and year-round play.

No. Miracle Hill is a public facility. Court time, lessons, and clinics are open to everyone.

Courts can be reserved online through our website or by calling the front desk. Reservations may be made up to seven days in advance.

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may still be charged the full fee.

 

Yes. We offer private and group lessons for players of all levels. Lessons are led by USPTA-certified professionals who tailor instruction to your goals and ability.

Players should bring their own racquet, tennis shoes, and water bottle. Balls and training equipment are provided.

Clinics and Leagues

Clinics focus on skill development through instruction and drills. Leagues are match-based programs where players compete in structured singles or doubles play against others of similar ability.

Placement is based on both ability level and experience. Our coaching staff may adjust players between groups to ensure balanced, productive sessions.

Yes. Miracle Hill offers beginner and advanced beginner clinics that focus on fundamentals, including stroke production, rallying, and footwork.

Most clinics meet once or twice per week in eight-week sessions. Schedules vary by season and skill level.

Yes. Adult programs include instructional clinics, competitive leagues, and specialty sessions such as cardio tennis and doubles strategy.

Junior Programs

Junior programs are available for players ages 4–18, from beginners through competitive tournament players.

These stages follow the USTA player development pathway:

  • Red Ball (ages 4–8): Smaller courts, lower nets, and soft balls for early coordination.
  • Orange Ball (ages 8–10): Mid-size courts with medium compression balls to encourage rallying.
  • Green Ball (ages 9–12): Full-size courts using slower, lower-compression balls for control and consistency.
  • Yellow Ball (ages 11+): Full-speed play using regulation balls for advanced juniors and adults.

Yes, if the coaching staff determines your child is ready based on skill, consistency, and match play experience.

Yes. Miracle Hill offers advanced clinics for high school players, JV and varsity athletes, and USTA tournament competitors. These sessions focus on strategy, conditioning, and live-ball play.

Leagues and Match Play

League registration is available seasonally on the website or through the front desk. Players are grouped by skill level to ensure balanced and competitive play.

Leagues are primarily focused on match play. Instructional feedback may be provided as needed but is not the main focus.

Yes, subs are often needed. Contact the front desk to be added to the sub list.

Policies and Procedures

Clinic and league fees are non-refundable except for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the start date. Cancellations within that window receive a refund minus a $10 handling fee. If Miracle Hill cancels a session and it cannot be rescheduled, a refund or gift certificate will be issued upon request within 30 days.

No. Make-ups are not available for missed clinic or league days.

Video may occasionally be used for instruction or social media. If you prefer not to be recorded, please inform the staff before the session.

Pickleball FAQs

General Information

No. Miracle Hill’s pickleball courts are open to the public. Court time, clinics, and leagues are available to all players.

Courts can be reserved online or through the Club Caddie app. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance.

Pickleball hours follow the facility’s indoor schedule: Monday–Saturday 10 am–10 pm and Sunday 10 am–8 pm.

Players should bring their own paddles and balls. A limited number of demo paddles may be available; ask staff when booking.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Food and beverages are available for purchase on-site, including catering options from Pizza West and a full-service bar.

Clinics and Leagues

Clinics focus on skill development through coaching and drills. Leagues emphasize match play and friendly competition among similarly rated players.

Programs are offered for all levels, from beginner to advanced. DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) is used to group players for balanced competition.

Leagues are seasonal and registration is available through the Miracle Hill website or by contacting the pickleball staff. Players are typically grouped by DUPR rating and matched accordingly.

Yes. For some leagues, staff professionals join players on court to provide guidance and create an engaging, competitive environment.

Youth Programs

Yes. Youth programs include beginner clinics and the Junior Pickleball League for players ages 11 and up. These sessions combine skill instruction, drills, and live play in a fun, team-oriented environment.

Players under 18 may join adult leagues with staff approval if they meet the required skill level.

Events and Social Play

This popular social event rotates players through courts based on match results, allowing everyone to meet new partners and opponents. It’s fast-paced, friendly, and great for all skill levels. To join, download the PlayTime Scheduler app and sign up for upcoming sessions.
